Emily Wilhelm, LMT
Emily earned her licensure from the Ohio State Medical Board in 2004, after graduating from the Dayton School of Medical Massage. She has practiced swedish and deep tissue massage therapy as well as studied the effects and treatment of Repetitive Use Injuries. She is a marvelous massage therapist and very passionate about providing each client with the one on one attention that she believes people are looking for. “My clients have found that their massage experience is key in achieving balance in their daily routines. Through stillness of the mind, the soul is peaceful and the body will heal."
Under the mentorship of Joy Helton and the ongoing education with NMT Midwest, Emily is pursuing certification in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy. She has recently completed her examination requirements for head and neck and is currently working on lower extremity. "My goal in using PNMT is to make it possible for clients to achieve and maintain relief from pain and get back to living their lives."
